Baked Potatoes with Gravy

This is a horrible picture , they are actually REALLY good

Microwave Baked Potatoes

how I do them is I scrub them and poke them each a few times with a knife ( I usually do about 8 small ones) I pop them in a plastic shopping bag, tie it up and poke a hole in the bag, you can add like a teaspoon of water to the bag too if you would like. I cook on high for about 15 minutes or until they are soft

Hamburger Gravy

Brown some ground beef and drain, add a can of cream of mushroom soup and a couple splashes or worcestershire sauce. If its too thick you can add a teeny bit of water.

Serve gravy over potatoes and top with cheese, sour cream, chives, bacon bits, etc.. you can add whatver you like. Filling and easy.

I love to come to cooking blogs and see what others are cooking. I enjoyed looking at all you wonderful foods.
I wanted to comment on your starter. I made a starter years and years ago and worked from it for a couple of years. That is when I lived in New England. When I moved here to the South I couldn't make a good starter to save my life. I think it was because of the different climates. It is alway humid here and moisture gets into everything which turns to mold.
Thanks for the tip on making a smaller batch. I do love making cakes, etc. from a starter.

Some people had worried about using the plastic shopping bags in the microwave, I now just put them on a plate around the outside in a circle, I dont even poke them with a knife although you can, I havent had any explode on me
