Big Batch Cheeseburger Bake

Big Batch Cheeseburger Bake
Original recipe here
I know the picture is awful but this stuff is SOO good, hubby and I both LOVE it :D

1 1/2 lb (at least 80%) ground beef
1 1/4 cups chopped onions (about 2 large)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 1/4 cups Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen mixed vegetables (I used one can of drained green beans)
1/2 cup milk
2 1/3 cups Original Bisquick® mix
2/3 cup water
1 1/3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (about 5 oz)
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Generously spray bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In 12-inch skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in soup, vegetables and milk.
2. In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix and water until moistened. Spread evenly in pan. Spread beef mixture over batter. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. Bake uncovered 35 minutes.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Do not add cheese before baking. Bake 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake about 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Thick n Chewy M&M Valentines Day Cookies

Thick n Chewy M&M Valentines Day Cookies
Recipe found at Grumpy's Honey Bunch

1 cup (1/2 lb.) butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups M&M candies
In a bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat butter and brown sugar until well blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. (I did this by hand)

In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir or beat into butter mixture until well incorporated. Stir in M&M's

Drop dough in 2-tablespoon (1/8-cup) portions, 2 inches apart, onto buttered 12- by 15-inch baking sheets. (I made my nice and big instead I got 18)

Bake in a 400° oven until cookies are lightly browned and no longer wet in the center (break one open to check), 6 to 8 minutes; if baking more than one pan at a time, switch pan positions halfway through baking. (I still bake 6-8 minutes - they don't seem to get too brown to me - but I always check at 6 minutes first because after the first batch it can take less time)

With a wide spatula, transfer cookies to racks to cool. If hot cookies start to break, slide a thin spatula under them to release; let stand on pan to firm up, 2 to 5 minutes, then transfer to racks to cool completely
