Papas y Chorizo


Papas y Chorizo (Potatoes with Chorizo)


4-6 medium potatoes (I used 8 small ones)
Oil
6-8 ounces chorizo
salt and pepper to taste

Slice your potatoes into even slices pretty thin, cook in oil until brown and crispy and almost cooked through. Make a well in the middle of your potatoes and start cooking the chorizo..slowly mix it in and cook all until the chorizo is done. Salt and Pepper to taste and serve. Great with fried or scrambled eggs

I dont have an actual recipe this is what I did :) I used a cast iron pan my FAV pan to use to cook
