Pork Carnitas

I used a pork loin, Everyone LOVED it and ate a ton :) had it on corn tortillas with homemade salsa DELISH

    Hi Neenee, Its been over a year now I think , I dont post near as much as I should, its been so hot this summer its hard to make myself cook :)
