My daughter and I made some easy donut holes today.. We used canned biscuits, cut each into 4's and fry them in a little oil. Then roll them in sugar, you can use cinnamon sugar, and even powered sugar, they dont last long..they will start dissapearing as soon as they are rolled in the sugar lol

Hamburger, Cheese and Noodles
HAMBURGER, CHEESE AND NOODLES found the recipe here
This was pretty good but next time I would add some green peppers in with the onions and burger to cook, also I think some canned drained tomatoes would go great :D It had a nice creamy sauce that coated all the noodles, My hubby and I loved it, daughter not so much but she is such a picky pants lately grr
1 1/2 lbs. ground hamburger
1/2 c. onion
1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
Cheese
1 bag med. egg noodles
In a large skillet cook hamburger and onions. Mix both cans of soup in the hamburger. Boil egg noodles until done. Drain. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix hamburger in with noodles. Place cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and casserole is hot.

Tunafish Basic and Simple
I was wondering what to make for lunch and thought ohhh yummy a tunafish sandwich.. SO I made some here is how I did it. I think most everyone already knows how :D I dont follow a recipe but kind of eyeball it, I used 3 cans of tuna (drained) added some chopped lettuce, about 1/2 a grated carrot, and some tiny tiny diced onions, I love the taste but hate biting into big onion peices, I dont use much onion. Tunafish is usually best the next day after all the onion has a chance to meld in :D here are some pics so you can get an idea for how I did it.. THEN I added in my mayo to moisten it all through and Waaallaaahhhh Lunch time!! Ohhh you can add some chopped pickles too if you want, hubby loves that

South Of The Border Casserole
Got this yummy/spicy recipe from And A Cookie For Dessert Blog
South of the Border Casserole
1 pound of lean ground beef
1 jalapeno, ribs and seeds removed from half, minced
1 large bell pepper, chopped (I omitted)
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
28 ounce can of whole tomatoes (fire roasted tomatoes, if you can find them)
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons of cumin
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups sour cream
8 oz penne, ziti or any small pasta (I used rigatoni)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cilantro, minced (I didnt have any :( )
In a large deep skillet, brown meat until no longer pink. Drain fat, if necessary. Add the olive oil, peppers, onions and garlic, season with salt and pepper, and cook on medium-high heat. Saute until softened, about 8-10 minutes. Add chili powder and cumin. Add the can of tomatoes, breaking up the whole tomatoes with a spoon, but still leaving big chunks. Add sour cream, stir until mixed. Add pasta. Cover and cook until pasta is al dente, about 25 minutes. Make sure to stir frequently so the pasta doesn't get stuck to the bottom. Serve with the cheddar cheese and cilantro sprinkled on top.
