Look what my mom just brought over omgosh I know I have to make some zucchini bread of course but what other things can I use it for?? Anyone? Recipes? I think I need to go on a search for some. Also can I cube it up and freeze it?

Hi! Yes you can shred it up (w/skins on) and freeze it for later uses. I do a lot of breads and muffins with mine. You can also cut them in sticks, bread them, fry them and sprinkle with parmesan. My fav.
BTW- I just came across your backgrouns site last night, and almost used this red one you have :)
