Happy Thanksgiving everyone, hope you are having a great day, I wanted to post a recipe that we make every year, I usually have one of my kids make it because it is so easy.
1 8oz container cool whip topping
1 3oz jello (we use lime)
1 20oz can pineapple chunks-drained
1 16oz container cottage cheese
mix and refrigerate till set up.. omgosh its not too puurty but it is SOO yummy

oooh, I love that jello cool whip stuff! I also make one with pistachio pudding :) No one else likes it, so I get it all to myself, but don't make it much.
It's my specialty! lol
