This is a horrible picture , they are actually REALLY good
Microwave Baked Potatoes
how I do them is I scrub them and poke them each a few times with a knife ( I usually do about 8 small ones) I pop them in a plastic shopping bag, tie it up and poke a hole in the bag, you can add like a teaspoon of water to the bag too if you would like. I cook on high for about 15 minutes or until they are soft
Brown some ground beef and drain, add a can of cream of mushroom soup and a couple splashes or worcestershire sauce. If its too thick you can add a teeny bit of water.
Serve gravy over potatoes and top with cheese, sour cream, chives, bacon bits, etc.. you can add whatver you like. Filling and easy.

UPDATE my starter got moldy and I had to throw it out ROTFL
Ok SOOO hubby went through the freezer and threw out all my old Amish starters (yes I knew what he was doing and although it made me sad, I knew it had to be done lol), there were 5 in the freezer and 2 on the counter lol, We are trying to take back control of it lol,, SO I am trying to figure out how to have enough starter to ONLY make one batch of bread and save the rest to keep my starter going SOOOO here is what I did, I used 1/3 C sugar, 1/3 C flour and 1/3 C milk and started it in my bag today, we will see if it ends up being what I am hoping.. Wish me luck :D I dont want to be drowning in starter anymore hehe. For now this is the only starter I have *whew* hubby can get off my back now

Chewy Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies
6 3/4 ounces all-purpose flour (1 1/2 c.)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 1/2 cups old fashioned oat
8 ounces unsalted butter, slightly softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large egg, beaten lightly
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
6 ounces dried cranberries (1 1/3 c.)
5 ounces chopped pecan (about 1 c.)
1Oven to 350 degrees F.
2(if baking right away).
3Line sheet pans with parchment.
4Mix the dry ingredients together, then stir in the oats.
6Beat the butter and both sugars together until light and fluffy.
7Add the eggs, then scrape down the bowl; add the honey and vanilla and beat until blended.
8Add the flour mixture in two additions, beating each until well combined.
9Stir in the cranberries and pecans.
10At this point, you can either bake, or freeze.
11To freeze, just scrape the dough onto plastic wrap, roll into a log, wrap tightly, and freeze until ready to bake.
12Then just take them out of the freezer, let sit for about 15 minutes, then slice into 3/16" thick slices and bake as directed.
13To bake immediately: drop by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on parchment lined sheet pans.
14Bake until the centers of the cookies are soft and no longer look wet; about 9-11 minutes.
15Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool.

omgooooosssshhhhh I have never had such a HUGE burger in all my life hehe..and SOOOO delicious, I love the taco seasoning used in the burger tastes SO good. And the cheese inside what can I say hehe, Im a cheese FREAK!! Check out The Baking Beauties Blog for this FABULOUS recipe, I made my patties WAY too big and could only eat half my burger ROTFL. Next time I am going to put some avocado slices on mine :D Yummm Yumm thanks ladies for the WONDERFUL recipe
Recipe from their blog
This beautiful juicy burger is seasoned with taco seasoning, has cheddar cheese inside the burger (as well as on top) AND has a flavourful sauce that compliments it well! I hope you enjoy it! This one is for you, Carm! :)
1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 a package taco seasoning (or to flavour)
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion (can use fresh if you have it on hand)
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup Miracle Whip
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided (or tex mex blend, if you have)
5 hamburger buns
tomatoes & lettuce
Combine ground beef, egg, taco seasoning, bread crumbs, pepper & onion. Mix & form 10 thin hamburger patties. Take 1/2 cup shredded cheese, and place in center of 5 of the hamburger patties. Now take the 5 patties without cheese, and place them over ones with cheese on them. Pinch around the outsides, sealing the cheese inside your burger. Place on medium heat on BBQ. Grill 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through, turning once. Before removing the burgers from the grill, sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and allow to melt.
Mix the salsa & Miracle Whip.
Place burgers on the buns. Top with salsa mixture, lettuce & tomato slices.
DELICIOUS!! When I was young we went to a church party where we had the most wonderful buttery rolls, well my mom got brave and asked the lady for the recipe and GOT IT!! Yayy , so now I make em, good stuff Maynard
Out of this world rolls
2 pkg (2 Tablespoons) active dry yeast
1/4 C warm water
1 stick (1/2 Cup) Margarine
1/2 C sugar
1 C warm water
2 teaspoons salt
4 1/2 C flour
Soften yeast in 1/4 C warm water. In large bowl, combine margarine, sugar, beaten eggs, 1 C warm water and salt. Stir in softened yeast and 2 1/2 C flour. Beat with hand mixer until smooth and well blended. Add remaining flour, mixing with hands, to make soft dough; mix thoroughly. Cover and allow to rise in warm place until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour. Punch dough down;place in refrigerator overnight.
Three hours before baking, roll out by dividing dough in 2 portions. Roll each portion on lightly floured surface to rectangle 1/2 inch thick. Spread with softened butter (I melt mine) or margarine. Roll jelly roll style and cut in 1 inch slices. Place slices cut side down in greased muffin cups and on cookie sheets. Cover and allow to rise 3 hours. bake in 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Makes 1 dozen large dinner rolls.
